The quality of work showcased in the Christmas Special is outstanding. If the chapter 1 release lives up to the same level of quality or maybe even better this may be the greatest harem visual novel/game on itch.io. The models are cute, the animations are shockingly fluid and realistic, the characters though on first glance archetypical and derivative have plenty of moments to showcase little ways they connect with each other, play, and demonstrate depth. When I say depth I don't mean this should be study in any English class. No no no, what comes across is the creators care and attention for details and ability to weave serious drama with comedy and twinge of absurdity.
The H-scenes are paced out really well as well. I enjoy that some characters are more sexually open than others and each progress their relationship with you at their own pace, including the protag. He has some boundaries and doesn't f*** everything on the first given chance. He respects these girls and genuinely tries to balance his care for each of them. Which is why it's all the more heart wrenching when inevitably a girl feels alone and unseen. I can't believe this is free. I can't wait for more.
If I had one criticism it's that the h-scenes are very focused on male pleasure. Bro is always sticking it in dry. Some more foreplay on the protags part towards the women would be great. I think that's why I enjoyed Ari's Christmas scene so much as well as the couple times a girl would shudder during climax. Maybe some of the older more mature love interests could teach our man some killer techniques.

i 90% the game and finished main story plus snowy day
i take my time and read dev logs and change logs
lets be honest, more than 50% of us finished the game BECAUSE the ritch story of game and no there is nothing bad but the story give you all of energy to you so you can finish the 5 hour long proluge
and for me it was that much that i finished the game twice
and Komisari you said you wanted to trash the story of game but you refused to do this at the last moment. well done. Really well done do whatever you want but if you trash the story i swear on my life that you will lose more that 40% of game fans
oh one more thing.
the dammn proluge lasted 5+ hours so chapter 1 must be 15+ hours because proluge is the shortest part no matter it is a book or a game or a story or even a music album
and for girls. well they must have about 50 levels in total and no, not like this that each level unlocks 5 Lewd Scenes but a part of game/their story and please make it funny as you did at proluge and snowy day

For Chapter 1, it is completely the opposite. Chapter 1 will now follow a story that was written before-hand, it has a theme and it goes somewhere. Depends on the users if they like it or not.
Despite its new ambitions, Chapter 1 will still have funny events and funny moments, the snowy event is an example of it.
