Correct me if I'm wrong, but komisari wants to make hhg as unique as possible and have every background, environment, item, interface completely unique and stands out from the rest, so knowing he has to develop basically an entire game almost from scratch like that, it takes a long time ontop of developing the story for chapter 1. It is slow as a result, but please be patient it will be worth it when it comes out eventually

I don't remember if he was also redoing alot of the prologue to match the current quality or if that was gonna be in another update after chapter 1 is out
you should be able to just overwrite the old game with the new version, or install the new apk and update normally on android. Or copy the saves and delete the entire game and replace it with the new version if some prefer that

Hello, i sadly lost all of my progress because i had to erase all the data in my phone, and I had already completed the game (I mean all that is aviable, including the H-Scenes) so I was wondering if someone could pass me their save so when the update comes, I won't need to replay all the game, please

It's okay if you need more time to develop. But you absolutely should post a status update here on itch.io and/or keep the Trello roadmap up to date. You promised to do so a few months ago, but so far neither of them is present. It would cost you not much time, but everyone would see there is a progress so that this chat has not to be overcrowded by the eversame question that much.
From what i see, the trello roadmap is occasionally updated; it's just that its not very clear when or where the posts or status updates are, which is still an issue.

This shouldn't be an accusation against Komisari, its only a bit tiresome to open this webpage every week seeing no story update for several years now. Just beat the prologue, I love the story the dev did an amazing job. Love the charachters (especially Lucy ), the story is good too very creative, it has it's humour, and good gameplay that doesn't feel tedious but rather immersive. In the last 3 days I probably spent 20 hours on this game exploring the open world and getting to spend time with each characters story. I am definately looking forward to this game's future. It has a lot of potential I think it would be a good game to greenlight on steam once nearing completion. This is a passion project and the sole developper has outdone themselves with the detail in this game. Overall I give this game a 9.5/10 great job dev!
Is there anywhere you have put down your process for making the characters? Your writing, designs, animations are all great and if there is anywhere to learn how you do it I would love to read it

Check Trello, and discord. Indie dev's are unpredictable so updates could come out once a week, month, or year. Theres only 1 person developing this entire game hence why it takes time, just be patient

I know that komisari is working very hard on this game but I feel we (the players) kinda get left out in the dark, no devlog or progress update here on itch and the "live" roadmap on trello hasn't been updated since the end of may, and no I haven't been to the discord since I don't really use that app but if the live update is on there then it should be over here on itch from time to time and on trello too.
I get that this is taking a long time to develope but I think we should get to know more often how the progress is going.

Hello, I talked about this a long time ago with moderators of that specific server years ago.
Aside from Sunny, the girl who brought this problem, lots of girls are heavily changed. A lot of time ago, four years ago, I did not really know exactly what I was doing; I was just copying stuff and making minor changes.
Right now, as of today, all new girls are completely made by me, and that even includes scenes and backgrounds.
You can go and see new characters from sneak peeks or even some characters from the Christmas event. If you try to find all of them on the internet, you won't.
Also, a funny thing: the file you have there, the "2vrx4x," that looks like the MC, was not used as a concept for my MC. The card I used was from a guy that looked entirely different. If I recall correctly, it was a cowboy with black hair two pistols, and black clothes. ♥ XD
Lots of girls, like Narissa, have changed designs throughout the game(future updates), and they will have my own style and effort.
Scenes used, like the Market, The Ruins, or static objects like the Guild or The Lake, will be reworked and redone, of course, with a similar design just for continuity! This is one example;
I did already speak about my mistakes, and I've already fixed them a long time ago. If your concern is that I was and I plan to effortlessly make this game, do not worry. I'm doing my homework.
Also, do not worry about using your main account. I don't ban nor delete comments that talk bad or say things (except they are people doing some trolling). Everyone deserves to see everything that happened long ago and how I answer to that even today.
This type of development takes YEARS with a huge team and a budget of millions, so the fact that one person can evolve a game like this is impressive, hence why I've never complained about it taking a long time. Some day when the game is finished, it will be worth the wait based on what I've seen over time
Man, I love this game so much, just finished it today and the ending with Lucy left me crying 😭. Downloaded for a fast fap and ended playing a lovely done visual novel. 10/10 Waiting eagerly for the next update. Is it coming soon?

Get a the skill to see where everyone is at or upgrade your guild specifically for that but make sure you look and read closely.

They are reworking all sequences to be hand-made, while also completing the whole first chapter and introducing new mechanics.
